Field Brand Ambassador & Market Manager

TruCrumb is the hottest new product in gluten-free frozen treats. You've seen our products in freezer cases in all Central Market/HEB stores across Texas, and we need someone who lives for good food, good people, and a feed worth scrolling to take it to the streets.

If you've ever talked a friend into trying your new favorite thing (and been right), this one's for you.

What You'll Do

  • Hold down a weekly farmers’ market (set up/breakdown, sales, customer service)
  • Rep us at festivals, demos and wellness events around Austin and Texas
  • Host tastings and pop-ups that feel more like a party than a sales pitch
  • Check in on our shelves and displays around Austin and keep them looking as good as the treats taste
  • Create content in the field (TikToks, Reels, behind-the-scenes) for our socials
  • Share what shoppers are loving so we keep getting better

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, warm, and totally comfortable chatting up strangers
  • Social-savvy: you know what makes content pop
  • Organized, dependable and self-motivated, happy running your own schedule
  • Some sales, retail, brand ambassador, or food and bev experience (or the hustle to learn fast)
  • Reliable car, valid driver's license, and weekend availability
  • Into wellness, gluten-free living, or the Austin food scene? Even better.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Safely lift and carry up to 50+ pounds.
  • Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain one before beginning work).
  • Access to the TruCrumb kitchen in South Austin.
