Shipping policy

You want it hot, so we deliver TruCrumb frozen. That means we need to time shipping just right to ensure your treats get to you in the ideal condition.

We ship on Mondays via 2 day air with ice packs to keep products frozen.

Orders placed by 11:59 am on Sunday nights will be packaged for delivery the very next day (Monday). Package should be delivered on Wednesday (depending on location). If you need expedited shipping, contact us at getrucrumb.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Local Austin, Texas deliveries may be expedited to complimentary next day delivery, where available.
