We want you to love every crumb, so if you're not happy with one of our products, contact us at gettrucrumb@gmail.com within 21 days of the date of purchase and we'll do our best to make it right. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
